Insurance Requirements

To become an approved Weisiger Group vendor, you must fully meet the insurance and compliance requirements outlined below. These standards help ensure appropriate protection for both our company and our partners.

General Requirements

• Current Certificate of Insurance (COI): Must meet the minimum requirements listed below.



• Certificate Holder Must List:

• Additional Insured Endorsement: Required on Commercial General Liability (including Products & Completed Operations) and Automobile Liability in favor of Weisiger Group.



• Waiver of Subrogation Endorsement: Required on Workers’ Compensation, Commercial General Liability, and Automobile Liability in favor of Weisiger Group.



• Executed Safety/Hazard Agreement: Required for all Service and Transport vendors.



• Umbrella/Excess Liability: Must extend over General Liability, Auto, and Employers’ Liability.



• Insurance Carrier Rating: Must be admitted in the state of operations and have an A.M. Best Rating of A- VII or higher.



• Executed Insurance & Indemnification Terms: Required for all Service and Transport vendors.



Weisiger Group reserves the right to request higher limits, additional coverages, or endorsements as necessary.
