Insurance Requirements

• All Weisiger Group vendors must meet these insurance requirements in order to become an approved vendor:
• 
• - Executed insurance and indemnification terms (Service & Transport Vendors)
• - Current certificate of insurance per requirements (Service & Transport Vendors)
• - Additional insured endorsement on Commercial General Liability (including Products and Completed Operations) and Automobile Liability in favor of Weisiger Group
• - Waiver of subrogation endorsement on Workers' Compensation, Commercial General Liability, and Automobile Liability in favor of Weisiger Group
• - Executed general safety/hazard agreement (Service & Transport Vendors)
• - Weisiger Group reserves the right to request additional insurance limits, policies, or endorsements
• - Umbrella/Excess Liability in excess of the Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability and Employers Liability
• - Insurance Carrier will be admitted in the State of Operations and have a Best Rating of A- VII or higher
